Innofactor is postponing its 2025 Annual General Meeting to June 25, 2025. Unlike the previously announced provisional date, the AGM will not take place on 23 April 2025.

On 25 November 2024, Onni Bidco Oy announced that it had decided to exercise its right of repurchase under the Finnish Companies Act and repurchase all shares held by all other remaining shareholders of Innofactor.
