The Milwaukee Bucks appear to be targeting Chicago Bulls forward Torrey Craig on the trade market.

Brett Siegel Clutch Points reported that the Bucks have “expressed interest” in Craig as a player to add to the team’s wing, and that Milwaukee is looking to move MarJon Beauchamp and Pat Connaughton to get the deal done.

“At this time, no team has expressed interest in making a deal with the Milwaukee Bucks,” Siegel wrote. “MarJohn Beauchamp ($2.7 million) and Pat Connaughton ($9.4 million) are two players the Bucks made available in trade talks to try to add talent on the wing. Veteran forward Torrey Craig of the Chicago Bulls is the player Milwaukee has. There has been interest, sources say, with rival teams preferring to discuss Bobby Portis if he were to become available before the trade deadline.”

Craig hasn’t played much this season, averaging five points, 2.5 rebounds and 0.8 assists in four games for Chicago. He is a seven-year veteran who has played for five teams, including Milwaukee, where he was on the 2020-21 NBA championship team.

His career averages are six points, four rebounds and 1.1 assists, which will add depth to the team. Milwaukee could use that depth as the team is 6-9 despite strong play from Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard.

His cap hit for the 2024-25 season is just $2.8 million and $2.8 million for the 2025-26 season. He would be a low-risk player who could help Milwaukee cope with a weak Eastern Conference.
