Trump surrogates seek to rally support ahead of Donald Trump’s speech in Pennsylvania

On Team Trump’s Women’s Tour, Lara Trump drums up support ahead of Donald Trump’s appearance in Reading, Pennsylvania, on Monday.

Many eyes are on Pennsylvania in the final hours of this year’s presidential election. Donald TrumpSurrogates aren’t going to leave the battlefield unturned on Monday, especially when it comes to women.

Although the Democratic candidate Kamala Harris holding campaign rallies in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia on Monday, Trump’s daughter-in-law Lara Trump will lead the fight for the Republican nomination in Reading, Pennsylvania.

Heading into Election Day, there appears to be some confusion in the Keystone State. Lara Trump is set to headline the “Team Trump Women’s Tour” on Monday. Although Harris was supposed to have a monopoly on women’s votes, Republicans continued to fight for ballots cast by women through Tuesday.

Lara Trump, married to Trump’s son Eric, is set to make a special appearance before Trump himself performs at the Reading Santander Arena. Trump won’t speak until 2 p.m., but Lara Trump, also co-chair of the Republican National Committee, will be pumping up the crowd as they arrive at the arena in the morning.

Lara Trump will also be joined by several other women involved in the Republican effort to elect Trump to a second term as president. Other female surrogates who will join Lara Trump outside the arena to energize the crowd include: Mehek Cooklawyer and media consultant; Emily Austininfluential person; Ellie Koenimformer US Deputy Special Envoy for Monitoring and Combating Anti-Semitism at the US State Department; Kira GirardTV presenter; Erin Elmorelawyer, commentator and contestant on the third season of The Apprentice; Sheila Nazarian-Mobinsurgeon; Morgan Ortagusformer US State Department official; And Ginger Gaetzwife of a US congressman from Florida Matt Gaetzwill speak outdoors before doors open at Trump rally in Reading.

Most voter polls show the Pennsylvania race is too close to call. Latest poll from USA Today-Suffolk Friday showed the race all but deadlocked, swinging between Trump and Harris. This poll found that each candidate had the support of 49% of voters, with a margin of error of 4.4%.
