Billionaire Justin Hemmes and girlfriend Madeline Holznagel are enjoying family time at his Vaucluse mansion after announcing they are expecting their first child together.

Billionaire boss Merivale, 52, and the 27-year-old model were spotted at his Vaucluse mansion in Sydney on Friday.

The hotel owner already has two daughters – six-year-old Alexa and five-year-old Saachi – with his ex-model Kate Fowler – Georgia Fowler’s sister.

The little ones accompanied the couple as they relaxed at the palace ahead of the weekend.

Hemmes held his daughter on his hip as the couple made their way inside on a sunny Sydney day.

Madeline covered her bump with a loose blue dress shirt over a black bikini top.

She accessorized with a pair of white shorts and sandals in the same tone, as well as a designer handbag.

The beauty appeared to wear minimal makeup and kept her blonde locks out of her face while wearing sunglasses.

Meanwhile, Justin opted for a white shirt and trousers and wore sunglasses to block out the bright rays.

Earlier on Friday, a source confirmed the exciting news of the impending arrival to Daily Mail Australia and revealed that Justin’s friend had recently moved out of his Vaucluse mansion to make room for his growing family.

This will be Madeline’s first child.

Representatives for Justin and Madeline told Daily Mail Australia the couple would not be making any official comment.

Madeline is the younger sister of Australian model Simone Holznagel, who gave birth to her first child, a daughter named Gia, with her now ex-boyfriend Jono Castano in March.

Justin and Madeline were previously seen earlier this month when they returned to Sydney after a weekend away with Justin’s two daughters.

Madeline wore an oversized T-shirt as she strolled through Sydney Airport’s private jet terminal with a huge smile on her face, just 12 days before the news of their baby was made public.

And for the first time since the baby news, hotelier Justin appeared to be in good spirits as he cycled to work in Sydney’s CBD on Friday morning.

The businessman flashed a smile and showed off a slender figure in a white shirt and cream linen trousers.

Justin and Madeline quietly began dating in 2019, a year after he debuted on the Financial Review Rich List with an estimated net worth of $951 million, which has since risen to $1.39 billion.

Although they usually keep their romance under wraps, the couple can often be seen disembarking from his seaplane after a luxurious family holiday with their two daughters.

Madeline also shared a rare public post about Justin in August when she took to Instagram to celebrate his 52nd birthday.

She shared a series of romantic selfies with both of them and gushed over her partner in the caption.

In one of the photos, Madeline smiled widely as she sat on Justin’s lap as he looked at her lovingly.

Another shows a couple snuggling together while relaxing on a yacht.

“Happy birthday my love,” she wrote in the caption, along with pink emojis.

Earlier this year, Madeleine celebrated her 27th birthday with a lavish party at Justin’s sprawling Vaucluse estate.

After the celebration, she said that her loving partner bought her two llamas as a sign of his love.

The couple has gone from strength to strength since going public in 2019 and even sparked engagement rumors last June.

Eagle-eyed fans noticed Madeline was wearing a ring on her engagement finger as they wondered if Justin had popped the question.

The photo shows her wearing jewelry while cuddling up to Justin and enjoying a bowl of udon noodles together at a restaurant in Japan.

But the chic turned out to be the promised emerald and diamond ring, and another photo shows her wearing another ring on the same finger as she posed for a selfie.

Justin was previously in a relationship with Kate Fowler and the pair remain on good terms, often going on holiday with their daughters Alexa and Saachi.

Just last month, Justin and Madeline were joined by Kate and her new boyfriend David Ottle when they took Alexa and Saachi to Queenstown, New Zealand.

Justin and Kate dated for three years before splitting in early 2018, at which time Justin issued a statement announcing their split.

“Kate and I have the greatest love and respect for each other,” he said in a statement given to the Sydney Morning Herald.

“At the beginning of 2018, Kate and I decided that friendship and respect for family life would be at the center of our relationship.

“We love our children very much and now continue to live happily together in our family home.”

“Kate is a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful woman. As for the future, I’m not sure,” he added.

Justin is considered Australia’s hospitality king, overseeing more than 80 venues and billions in assets as CEO of Merivale with names such as Ivy, Queen Chow and Estate.

He is the only son of Merivale Group founder and nightclub magnate John Hemmes, and Justin took over the running of the business following his father’s death in 2015.
