The Echo Dot is a great way to add Amazon Alexa to your home, adding a virtual assistant to your daily life to answer questions and trigger smart home devices, but it’s also a pretty decent speaker on its own, especially for $30. This speaker won’t blow the Apple HomePod mini out of the water, but it’s still a great, affordable speaker.
