Former lawmaker Kim is accused of transferring more than 90 million won to Myung Tae-kyung dozens of times after he was elected in Changwon’s Wichang constituency in the 2022 by-election.

Prosecutors suspect that former lawmaker Kim gave money to Myung in exchange for his candidacy.

Thus, he was cited last June, but this time he is being investigated as a suspect.
