Top5 Accuses Megan Thee Stallion of ‘Lying on’ Tory Lanez

At the moment, Tory Lanez has been in prison for more than a year, but there are people who refuse to believe that the Canadian artist is guilty. Fellow Canadian rapper Top5 is obviously one of them.

Over the weekend, Top5 (who was recently released from prison) accused Megan Thee Stallion of falsely accusing Tory Lanez of shooting her in 2020, despite the fact that he was convicted of the crime.

“The fact that you lied to my brother and alienated him from his family is very evil,” he wrote in one of his Instagram stories. “You are a male horse @megantheestallion.”

Tory Lanez was a trending topic on Twitter (X) on Sunday (Nov. 3), with many pointing out that Lanez admitted to shooting Megan Thee Stallion during a prison phone call. But there were a lot of people who were caught out by Meghan lying to CBS anchor Gayle King about sleeping with Lanez, which she admitted in the Amazon documentary. Megan: In her words.

“Yes, damn it, I lied to Gayle King,” Megan said, denying a sexual relationship with Lanez. “First of all, I don’t know what the f## was even going to ask me about this shit, b####. I thought we were going to talk about shooting. Why did you ask me about damn Tory?

“That’s not what this is about. Even if there was, I f######### once. Maybe twice on a drunken night, but you kept bringing me out of my fucking mind… they lead me astray. Like when they keep talking about the f###### part and I’m consumed by the f###### part. And I was like, “Wait!” That’s not what this is about.”

Megan questioned why her sexual history even mattered and admitted that she only lied about having sex with Lanez because she lost her confidence.

“Why aren’t we talking about the g###### execution?” she said. “Everything distracted from the shooting. I used to be so confident and think… somebody would ask me about somebody and I’d be like, “So what?” OK, yeah, I did that shit.” I like to fuck. What about this? But the way they accused me of being that kind of person made me think about myself.”

Tory Lanez was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the shooting. The incident, which occurred after a Hollywood party in July 2020, involved an argument in an SUV that escalated, resulting in Lanez shooting Megan in the legs as she tried to exit the vehicle.

During his trial, he was found guilty of several charges, including assault with a semi-automatic firearm, carrying a loaded unregistered firearm in a vehicle and discharging a firearm with gross negligence.
