Jersey Hospice Care launches three-year strategy

Mr Palfreeman said: “It is vital that Islanders receive dignified, high-quality and personalized end-of-life care and that their loved ones are supported both before and after their death.”

“Our new strategy will allow us to best meet this growing demand and will directly align with the island’s first palliative and end of life care strategy., external – which was launched in October 2023.

“We know we will face challenges along the way, especially financially with costs rising almost daily, but we can look forward with optimism.

“We have an incredible and dedicated team of volunteers and hospice colleagues and play a unique role in the lives of Islanders.”
