Elections 2024: what to expect, priorities of young voters and what’s on the ballot

Elections 2024: what to expect, priorities of young voters and what’s on the ballot

In this final episode before November 5, we talk about the election. With only four days left, what can we expect in Rhode Island and what do we know about how the result will impact our region? Political reporter Ian Donnis and political scientist Adam Myers talk about it. Additionally, five Johnson & Wales University students told us how they feel and think about their voting decisions. Plus, what exactly is on the ballot in Rhode Island? We’ll look at the latest statewide ballot question asking voters to approve a $10 million arts and culture bond. This and much more is on this week’s program.

  • Adam Myers, Associate Professor of Political Science at Providence College
