Ukraine’s allies face limited options due to arrival of North Korean troops

Russia’s decision to send in North Korean troops to bolster its war-weary forces has made Ukraine’s allies realize they have few options for responding without further escalating the conflict.

Senior South Korean officials are set to brief NATO and the EU in Brussels later on Monday about North Korea’s plans to send up to 10,000 troops to Russia. Over the weekend the President of the United States Joe Biden told reporters: “We have options, it depends on what they do.”
