Jyoti Structures wins Rs 450 crore order from Adani, shares jump nearly 5%





Shares of Jyoti Structures Ltd. rose nearly 5% to hit an intraday high of Rs 31.88 on October 23 after the firm announced it had received an order acceptance letter worth Rs 450 crore from Adani Energy Solutions in Gujarat.

The scope of the project includes surveying, soil survey, power towers, foundation works, commissioning and LILO erection and stringing for 765 kV Bhuj II-Lakadia DC Transmission Line at Navinal, Gujarat on a turnkey basis.

This order is planned to be completed within 18 months, by April 2026.

In August, they received a separate order worth Rs 106 crore from a prominent private developer to supply poles for a 765 kV transmission line. The project is expected to be completed within 10 months.

In July, the company announced that it had received an order worth around Rs 118 crore from Adani Energy Solutions Ltd for the construction and partial supply of 765 kV DC transmission line KPS III-AP44. This order is scheduled to be completed by October 10, 2025.

By 2024, Jyoti Structures shares had skyrocketed, delivering returns of nearly 70%. The company currently has a market capitalization of around Rs 2,686 crore.

At 11:12 am, shares of Jyoti Structures were trading 4.38 per cent higher at Rs 31.70 on the NSE.
