Charlene White reveals how outrageous it was to discover her ex-partner had cheated, leaving Loose Women panellists stunned

Charlene White revealed the shocking way she found out her ex-partner had cheated on her during Loose Women on Monday.

The 44-year-old TV presenter left panellists Frankie Bridge, Coleen Nolan and Judy Love stunned as she revealed the very specific thing she did to catch him.

Although she didn’t reveal her ex’s name, Charlene said she found out he was cheating on her by tracking the mileage on her car after he used it.

She said: “When my gut kicked in with my ex-partner, it was my car that showed me what was going on.

“He borrowed my car a lot and I just thought something was wrong. Because if I worked the night shift, he would have borrowed my car because his wasn’t working.

“Because I realized something was wrong, I started recording the mileage on my car. I would write this down in a notepad and then the next time I used the car, I would write down the mileage that the car had and then calculate the difference.

Charlene White, 44, revealed the outrageous way she found out her ex-partner had cheated on her during Loose Women on Monday.

“And I kind of knew how far this other person lived and figured out how many miles he was from my house and then subtracted the mileage.

“And that confirmed it for me. Going to your mom’s house when your mom only lives two miles away. There is a difference between two miles and thirty miles. And I decided it based on that.”

Charlene has two children, Alfie, seven, and Florence, four, with her long-term partner Andy.

In 2023, Charlene opened up about her personal relationship with Andy and revealed why they weren’t married.

The couple has been together for seven years.

She told The Mirror: “I’m happy with the way we live and it suits us. I know that this seems strange to many married Single Women, but for us it works. And frankly, we are too busy raising two very young children.

“We met at a party. Traditional meeting. When we met, I hadn’t yet ventured into online dating, but I think if we hadn’t, I would have.”

It comes after Charlene spoke out about a recent crime in which she saw a group of young cyclists in balaclavas moments before a woman’s phone was stolen.

The presenter spoke about the theft of her phone during an appearance on Loose Women in April.

Charlene was at the bus stop when two young men on bicycles, both wearing balaclavas, rode past her. The couple turned the corner and the journalist heard a woman scream.

She explained that she was “annoyed” with herself because she suspected they were planning to steal the phone and she wanted to take a photo of them but didn’t.

“As I was walking to the bus stop, two bicycles passed in front of me,” Charlene said. “I looked up and realized they were wearing balaclavas.

“There are a lot of cyclists living in London now, and cyclists wear balaclavas because it protects them from the cold air. But this is very rarely seen in young cyclists. And I thought, “Something doesn’t seem right.”

“I’m really annoyed with myself because I said, ‘This doesn’t seem right because I know what they’re going to do. It’s likely they’ll try to steal someone’s phone.”

“I thought, ‘I need to take a picture,’ but then I didn’t, and then they turned the corner and about 20 seconds later I heard a woman scream and they stole her phone.”
