Protective Industrial Products acquires Honeywell’s PPE business

Protective Industrial Products Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Honeywell’s personal protective equipment business as well as its Fendall, Fiber-Metal, Howard Leight, KCL, Miller, Morning Pride, North, Oliver, Salisbury and Uvex brands.

The PPE division includes more than 25 distribution and manufacturing facilities worldwide. Michael Garceau will continue to serve as President.

The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2025.
