CBSE Opens Online Scholarship Applications for Single Girls – How to Apply – Education News

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is now accepting online applications for its merit-based scholarship programs. The application process for two specific scholarships is currently open, with the application deadline for both being December 23rd.

Two scholarships:

– X Single Girls Scholarship Scheme 2024: This scholarship is available to students who have completed CBSE Class 10 in 2024 and are currently studying in Class 11 in CBSE affiliated schools.

– Single Girls Scholarship Scheme X 2023 (extended 2024): This scheme allows eligible students to renew the CBSE Single Girls Scholarship awarded in 2023.

How to Apply for CBSE Scholarship for Single Girls

1. Visit the official website of CBSE: cbse.nic.in.

2. Click on the link “X-2024 REG Single Girls Scholarship”.

3. Select the appropriate scholarship application link.

4. On the new page, select the application type (new or renewed).

5. Click on the option “Fresh SGC-X Application” or “Renewal”.

6. Fill out the application form and upload the required documents.

7. Submit your application and keep a copy for future reference.

Under the Single Girls Scholarship Scheme, students are eligible to receive Rs 500 per month. The monthly tuition fee for a student should not exceed Rs 1,500 in class 10 with an increase of 10% for classes 11 and 12.
