Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala attended IFFI 2024 a few days before their wedding; future relatives Nagarjuna and Amala also join

Actor couple Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala were spotted at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2024 in Goa, a few days before their wedding. Chaitanya’s father Nagarjuna and Amala Akkineni accompanied the engaged couple. The 55th film festival started on November 20. Chaitanya and Sobhita looked happy as they walked hand in hand at the film festival. Chaitanya opted for a dark suit paired with a blue shirt while Sobhita looked radiant in a pastel colored kurta pajama set paired with a net dupatta.

The couple smiled as photographers took pictures of them as they headed to the festival. They also posed for pictures on the red carpet with Nagarjuna and Amala, with the former wearing a dark shirt and trousers and the latter wearing a blue sari.

Upcoming wedding

On August 8, Chaitanya and Sobhita got engaged in a traditional ceremony in Hyderabad, which was attended only by their parents. The bride also performed a godhuma raya pasupu danchadam ceremony in her hometown Visakhapatnam to kick off her wedding festivities in October.

Sources told Hindustan Times that the couple will get married in a traditional ceremony in Hyderabad on December 4. The wedding will take place at Chaitanya Annapurna’s family studio where Sobhita will be using traditional Telugu fabrics. Recently, their wedding invitation also went viral on social media. In addition to a simple wedding card, the traditional woven basket contains packages of food, clothing, fresh flowers and a scroll.

Chaitanya was previously married to Samantha Ruth Prabhu, but the couple separated in 2021. He dated Sobhita for two years before getting engaged to her this year. Fans in India and abroad often spotted the couple during their holidays, but none of them confirmed the dating rumors.

Upcoming work

Chaitanya will soon play the lead role in Chandu Mondeti’s Tandel with Sai Pallavi as his co-star. In the film, he plays a fisherman from Srikakulam. Sobhita was last seen in Zee5’s Love Sitara.
