When and where will Kamala Harris rally take place in Philadelphia?

The rally will take place on Monday, November 4, in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, 2600 Benjamin Franklin Parkway.

The Harris campaign has not yet announced the exact time of the event, saying it will take place late Monday evening. We will add specific timing information as soon as we receive it.

This is the third and final planned rally for Harris in Pennsylvania, which will take place on Monday, November 4, the night before Election Day. Harris will also hold a campaign rally in Allentown on Monday afternoon and a rally in Pittsburgh on Monday evening.

Pennsylvania is considered a critical swing state that will play a decisive role in the outcome of the presidential election.

Who will speak and appear at Kamala Harris’ rally in Philadelphia?

According to Harris’ campaign, the rally will feature pop star and actress Lady Gaga, hip-hop star Fat Joe, hip-hop producer DJ Jazzy Jeff, pop star Ricky Martin, hip-hop group The Roots, soul singer Jazmine Sullivan and Oprah Winfrey.

Which roads will be closed during the Kamala Harris rally in Philadelphia?

Road closures began on Friday, November 1st in Philadelphia. Closings occur at the following locations at the following times:

Stage 1

  • Eakins Oval is closed between Kelly Drive and Spring Garden Street from 8am on Friday 1 November until 8pm on Tuesday 5 November.

Stage 2

The following streets were closed at 8am on Saturday 2 November and will remain closed until 8pm on Tuesday 5 November:

  • Kelly Drive (inbound) is closed from 25:00.th Street leading to Benjamin Franklin Boulevard
  • Spring Garden Street between Pennsylvania Avenue and Kelly Drive
  • Benjamin Franklin Boulevard (inner and outer lanes) between 10 p.m.nd Street and 24th Street

Stage 3

The following streets will be closed from 5am on Monday 4 November until 8am on Tuesday 5 November:

  • The entire width of Benjamin Franklin Boulevard, starting at 18th Street and extending west through Eakins Oval to 25th Street.
  • 19th Street between Arch Street and Callowhill Street
  • 20th Street between Arch Street and Vine Street
  • 21st Street between Winter Street and Hamilton Street
  • 22nd Street between Winter Street and Spring Garden Street
  • 23rd Street between Benjamin Franklin Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue.
  • Tunnel on Spring Garden Street
  • Spring Garden Street Bridge
  • Kelly Drive between Fairmount Avenue and Eakins Oval
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Drive between Falls Bridge and Eakins Oval.
  • I-676 westbound exit to 22nd Street
  • Note. The I-676 exit to 23rd Street eastbound will remain open.

There is also a short-term closure expected to occur at 2200-2400 Pennsylvania Avenue on Monday, November 4th due to the relocation of equipment and resources. Motorists in the area are advised to exercise caution and obey Philadelphia Police directions.

What parking restrictions will be in effect during the Kamala Harris event?

  • Pennsylvania Avenue between 22nd Street and Fairmount Avenue (south side of the street)
  • Winter Street between 20th and 22nd streets (both sides of the street)
  • 22nd Street between Winter Street and Spring Garden Street (both sides of the street)
  • Park Town Place, between 22nd and 24th streets (both sides of the street)
  • Spring Garden Street between 22nd Street and Pennsylvania Avenue
  • Race Street, between 19th and 20th Streets.
