Apply for various positions by tomorrow, salary up to 29 lakhs

Tomorrow, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) will close the application process for the posts of Head of Engineering and Head of Toll Collection. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website of NHAI at nhai.gov.in.

Annual remuneration

Approximate annual remuneration including vehicle benefits is Rs.29,00,000 plus company car.

The official notification states: “Candidates are advised to fill the application form carefully as per the eligibility criteria and experience mentioned above. Please note that any further clarification regarding job profile/experience etc. will not be accepted under any circumstances. All qualifications must be obtained from Indian universities or institutes recognized by UGC or AICTE (as the case may be) or any other appropriate legislative body in India.”

Contract duration

The initial appointment will be for two (2) years with the possibility of extension depending on NHIPMPL requirements and the candidate’s performance.

Minimum Education Criteria

Candidates must have a full-time B.Tech/B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Maximum age limit (as of last date of application)

Candidates must not be over 55 years of age. However, for retired or aged government officials, the maximum application age is 63 years.

Work experience (as of last day of application)

Candidates must have a minimum of 20 years of post-qualification experience in Government, PSU, Autonomous Bodies or Private Organizations in the Road Sector as per M/oRTH/IRC standards.
