Registration for NTA SWAYAM 2024 ends tomorrow; Check details to apply

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the registration window for tomorrow’s session of the ‘Active Learning Networks for Young, Aspiring Minds’ (SWAYAM) July 2024 session. Candidates who wish to apply can apply on the official website at exams.nta.ac.in/swayam.

SWAYAM, an initiative of the Government of India, aims to bridge the digital divide for students who are yet to reap the benefits of the digital revolution and integrate into the knowledge economy. The certification exams for the July 2024 semester of SWAYAM will be held in two shifts: Shift 1 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and Shift 2 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Exam Schedule and Details

As per the earlier schedule, the SWAYAM July 2024 exams are scheduled to be held on December 7, 8, 14 and 15, 2024. Each shift will last 180 minutes. This exam will facilitate admission to 525 different courses. Some subjects will be assessed using a computer-based test (CBT), while others will use a hybrid format incorporating both CBT and traditional paper-based methods. Candidates must score a minimum of 40% in both the end-of-semester written examination administered by NTA and the internal assessment to qualify for the certificate and transfer credit.

To apply for SWAYAM, follow these steps:

1. Visit the official website of SWAYAM at swayam.gov.in.

2. Click the “Register” button to create a new account.

3. Login to your account using your registered credentials.

4. Browse the available courses and select the one you want.

5. Click the “Enroll” button for the selected course.

6. Follow additional instructions to complete the application.

7. Complete the payment process, if applicable.

8. Check your email to confirm your registration.
