Just in: Lionel Messi will take part in Barcelona’s 125th anniversary celebrations

Journalist Miguel Rico reports that former Barcelona captain and legend Lionel Messi will attend the club’s 125th anniversary celebrations later this month.

A grand gala concert to mark the 125th anniversary of Barcelona will take place at the Liceu Theater on November 29.

The Catalan giants have been working on this event for months now as plans are drawn up for a huge celebration featuring Blaugrana I would like to have prominent figures from the club’s past and present present at the ceremony.

The 125th Anniversary anthem will be played for the first time at the gala evening at the Liceu, with players and legends expected to attend in person or remotely.
