If elected, what three specific areas would you like to change, address, improve, or continue to research, and how specifically would you do it?: I am running for Goga County Commissioner to protect freedoms, protect wages and fight dysfunction.

Protect Freedoms: Government must protect life, liberty and property. I will support law enforcement and not allow bureaucrats to limit our God-given freedoms.

Protect wages: Government exists to serve the people, not the other way around. During this time of record inflation, I will fight to lower taxes so residents can keep more of their hard-earned dollars.

Conquering Dysfunction: Public noise and infighting are holding back the development of our district. I will bring professional conservative leadership to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) and work with integrity with stakeholders.

Why should voters choose you based on past accomplishments or future goals?: I am running with a sincere desire to serve Geauga County, and my proven track record of conservative accomplishments demonstrates my ability to get results.

Before 2020, I was an apolitical mom. I wanted the government to stay out of my life, and I planned to stay out of the government. But when Covid policies took a toll on our children, I got a seat on the Board of Health. I immediately rolled up my sleeves and began fighting to end mandatory mask wearing in Goga County schools, leading all of Ohio. I worked with other board members to reduce regulations and streamline bureaucracy to deliver significant savings to taxpayers.

I have also fought for taxpayers outside of the Board of Health. When Geauga County faced an uncoordinated property tax increase of over $9 million, I started a petition to “Stop the Tax Increase.” More than 1,750 residents of Gauge joined me to make our voices heard. Many local officials responded by cutting taxes at the county, municipal and school district levels to offset the increases.

I will bring to the Board of County Commissioners the same proven conservative leadership that I brought to the Board of Health. I will always conduct myself professionally, respectfully and honestly.
