Help older adults apply for and maintain government benefits that provide financial assistance or services. Responsibilities include meeting with clients, assisting them in applying for benefits, completing web applications, follow-up phone calls, and data entry. Training will be provided. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and web programs is required. We are looking for volunteers from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at our Niles offices.
