Activists push Kamala Harris to step up Biden’s fight on climate change

Kamala Harris has yet to lay out a detailed vision for addressing climate change and energy if she is elected president, but she is already receiving plenty of advice.

Environmentalists and former advisers laid out their prescriptions for how a victorious Harris could build on Biden-era climate initiatives, including the sweeping Inflation Reduction Act, to spur greater deployment of clean energy in the US and eliminate planet-warming pollution everywhere world.
