Camunda partners with global cooperative bank Rabobank to ensure end-to-end coordination of processes

Kamundaleader in process orchestration, today announces partnership with Rabobankglobal cooperative bank with a presence in 37 countries, to further improve the customer experience and optimize the efficiency of customer software delivery, security and regulatory compliance. Camunda will provide the bank with enhanced workflow capabilities that will streamline both internal and customer-facing operations. In addition, Rabobank will use Camunda to ensure compliance with data protection regulations, minimizing the risk of disclosure of sensitive customer data. The payments domain is the first at Rabobank to use Camunda, where it will be implemented in sales cycles for current accounts.

The Rabobank team chose Camunda for its ability to integrate with the many external systems that are part of the customer journey, as well as the internal systems that employees use every day. Visibility into current and historical processes was another key differentiator for Camunda, as the team could now easily identify opportunities for process improvement. The team also wanted to use BPMN And DMNbusiness process and decision modeling standards that will help improve collaboration and understanding between business and IT. What’s more, Camunda’s developer-friendly tools allow Rabobank’s development team to get started quickly.

Camunda’s first internal case management stream went into production last week.
