King Charles and Queen Camilla grant an Adelaide boy’s wish

The Adelaide boy, Kew, was diagnosed with severe aplastic anaemia, requiring a bone marrow transplant. His sister Charlotte donated her matching bone marrow to save Kai’s life.

Kai’s wish was to meet the king and queen, and this was coordinated by Make-A-Wish, the palace, and the Prime Minister’s Office.

Kai told Nikolai Beilharz: “I wanted to meet them because I like their personalities and they are very kind to charities.”
