Liam Payne’s ex shares his final emotional message to her weeks before his death | Celebrity News | Show business and TV

Danielle Pizer, Liam Payne’s ex-girlfriend, has penned a heartfelt tribute to the One Direction star, who tragically passed away at 31.

The singer was vacationing in Buenos Aires, Argentina, when he fell from his third-floor hotel balcony. Liam died instantly after suffering “very serious injuries” which caused “internal and external bleeding”.

Danielle, who was in a relationship with Liam for two years until 2013, previously expressed her regret on Instagram Stories and asked for privacy during this difficult time, as well as advising her followers to take care of themselves.

She vowed to “speak more” about her emotions when she felt “mentally strong enough to acknowledge the reality of what happened.”

The 36-year-old dancer shared a nostalgic photo on her page, capturing the moment in a selfie when the couple enjoyed ice cream together.

The image was accompanied by a lengthy tribute to Liam, which began: “While we are all taking time to navigate a world without Liam, it is important to remember that while millions of people adored him as a world-famous musician over the last decade, he was also someone’s son and brother for over 30 years, friend to many, and more recently uncle.”

She continued to reflect on Liam’s life, emphasizing that “his most important role” and what he was most proud of out of all his monumental successes was being a father.

Danielle added: “The thought of a child now growing up without one of their parents is heartbreaking and unfair. To Liam’s son Bear and his parents and sisters, my love, thoughts and strength go to you. Greatness This loss is unfathomable and I will continue to support you in every way possible.

“LJP, this still doesn’t seem real. Even though I have known about your struggles for many years, I hoped and prayed that this day would never come. But now we are all faced with the reality of life without your presence.

“In moments like this people often say, ‘I hope he knew how much I cared about him,’ but I know you knew how I felt, that was one thing we were really good at – being brutally honest about their feelings for each other, regardless of whether the other wanted to hear it or not.”

She continued, “Sometimes you were my favorite person in the world, but you could also turn me on so much and I probably annoyed the hell out of you sometimes.

“It’s that we’ve learned to accept each other over 14 years. We could disagree on a lot of things, but still look out for each other in times of need and laugh at our differences and petty behavior 10 minutes later.”

“Our relationship may have ended back in 2013, but it seems that was just the beginning of our story. What we’ve been through and experienced since then up until last year might be called unique to some and misunderstood by others, but I think deep down we always knew that we would always have some kind of connection, no matter from where our individual lives have taken us.

“It took you a little longer to figure out who you wanted to be in order to be happiest, but while most of us are still in our teens and twenties to discover about ourselves, you’ve spent those years giving more to the world than you give to Me I would like you to know that you will always be more than enough for this world, and you will not have to look for a role to play just to please others.”

In her emotional conclusion, she said: “Thank you for teaching me the importance of setting boundaries and that I should always protect my heart.

Receiving a message from you a couple of weeks ago expressing your joy for the love I found with Sonny and Mia is something I will cherish forever. I wish your story had a different ending, and I wish you never got to share your magic with the world. Relax my friend. Love Danielle.”

In 2022, it was revealed that the former couple had rekindled their romance, nine years after their split, when the duo were spotted leaving the Nobu Hotel in Shoreditch together. They have also been spotted at celebrity favorites Chiltern Firehouse and Annabel’s.

However, the reunion was short-lived as Danielle moved on to former Capital FM DJ Sonny Jay, the Dancing On Ice 2021 champion. In May this year, Sonny and Danielle celebrated the birth of their daughter Mia.
