Multicultural Mass 2024 – Brisbane Archdiocese

The annual multicultural Mass is always a highlight in the Brisbane Archdiocese, but this year it had a special meaning as parishioners gathered at the new Vietnam Martyrs Queen’s Catholic Church in Inala. The venue proved ideal for hosting a large and diverse audience representing cultures from all over the world. With its welcoming atmosphere and spaciousness, it allowed for a rich cultural exchange and communication. The food offered thereafter was exceptional and included a range of dishes reflecting the culinary traditions of the various communities. This was complemented by live music, singing and dancing, further enhancing the festive and celebratory atmosphere.

This event provided a powerful illustration of the future of the Church, reflecting its evolving and inclusive nature. It was a powerful reminder of the Church’s commitment to embracing diversity and fostering a sense of unity among its members. The gathering demonstrated not only the shared faith of the participants, but also the beauty and strength of their diverse backgrounds coming together.

The success of the event was a testament to the organizers’ commitment to creating an inclusive and joyful experience for all participants.
