Donald Trump held his last rally of this election cycle in Georgia on Sunday at the Atrium Health Amphitheater in Macon. Early voting data showed that supporters from the central part of the state could play a decisive role in the upcoming elections. Trump arrived an hour and a half late, wearing a black and gold “Make America Great Again” cap.
Sticking with familiar themes, Trump announced his intention to invoke the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, a law historically used to intern Japanese, Italian and German Americans during World War II, and promised to impose the death penalty for illegal immigrants who kill Americans.
“The United States is now an occupied country,” he said, declaring that “there are thousands of people living in our cities and towns.”

During the rally, Trump also criticized retired military generals, former Joint Chiefs Chairman Mark Milley, former Chief of Staff John Kelly and former Defense Secretary James Mattis from his administration, calling them “stupid.” These retired generals have been outspoken critics of Trump, with Kelly recently calling him a “fascist through and through.”
Trump assured his supporters: “With your vote on Tuesday, I will end inflation, stop the criminal invasion of our country. We’re on the five yard line, maybe even the one yard line…”
He repeated his famous line: “That’s really all you need to know: Kamala broke it and I’m going to fix it.”
Throughout the event, speakers referenced President Joe Biden’s recent comment at Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally, where Kill Tony called Puerto Rico a “floating island of garbage.”
Biden faced criticism after appearing to call Trump supporters “trash”, which he later denied.
Georgia Lieutenant Governor Bert Jones remarked, “I can tell you right now: If this is what they consider trash, I’ll be taking that trash out all day.”
Spokesman Andrew Clyde added: “There’s an old saying: one man’s trash is another man’s treasure.”
