Man covered in blue paint runs away from police in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES – A strange scene unfolded in downtown Los Angeles: a man, covered head to toe in blue paint, led police on a foot chase.

A man who a Dodger fan believed was trying to leave marks on the sidewalk with the paint he was covered in was caught in the act by members of the Los Angeles Police Department.

The video shows at least two people who had nothing to do with the markings being beaten by LAPD officers who were trying to catch the man with the blue paint.

It is unknown why the drawn man was covered in blue in the first place or what message he was trying to send.
