Maintenance Conference

Sydney Convoy for Children

Sydney convoy for The children are approaching quickly. Hundreds of trucks will set off from Sydney Dragway this year, heading to the Hawkesbury Showground for a day of family fun. Attendees will enjoy food and drink, a raffle, a public auction and more. Proceeds from the day will go to NETS Ambulance Service and Kidzfix. Pioneer show and shine

Luddenham Exhibition Centre, New South Wales

Pioneer Lumber Club is holding Show and Shine at the Luddenham Showgrounds where four trophies are up for grabs: Viewers’ Choice under 4.5gm, Member’s Choice under 4.5gm, Viewer’s Choice over 4.5gm um and “Choice of participants over 4.5 um.” The show is open to trucks, cars, motorcycles and tractors for as little as $5 per vehicle. Admission is $5 per adult and free for children under 16. All proceeds go to the Leukemia Foundation, Black Dog and Motor Neuron Disease. Other activities on the day will include a chainsaw race at 11am, a jumping castle for children and a sausage sizzle. Gates open at 7.30am for exhibitors and 8am for the public.

Horsham Truck Show
November 2, 2024
Horsham, Victoria

This year’s Horsham Truck Show promises a great weekend with a great display of vehicles from around Australia, live music from Allan Webster, Don Costa and the Austins, a children’s corner, food trucks, trade stalls and much more. Proceeds will be donated to Wimmera Against Cancer in Kids (WACK). Truck admission is $50, general admission is $10, students ages 16 and under are $5.

Brisbane convoy for children

Brisbane’s Convoy for Kids is back as the truck parade heads from Larapinta to the Redcliffe Showground – and it’s all for a very good cause. After the convoy, cars will line up for the truck show, where there will be plenty of trophies up for grabs. Visitors will also find plenty of family entertainment with activities for children and adults.

Goulburn Convoy for children
November 9, 2024
Goulburn, New South Wales

Goulburn’s annual Convoy for Kids and carnival will take place on November 9 this year. Vehicles will depart promptly at 10 a.m. from Goulburn Gateway Service Station (North Goulburn) and ending Goulburn Racecourse (Braidwood Road). Admission to the truck is $60, which includes a bag for each truck. This year, passenger cars may also join the convoy. Car admission is $60 with a bag or $20 without.

Historic Commercial Vehicle Club Exhibition Day

Yarra Glen, Victoria

Fans of retro technology are in for a treat at the Exhibition Day of the Historical Commercial Vehicles Club. Visitors can explore rows of vintage trucks and cars, and there’s plenty for kids to enjoy, from face painting to a petting zoo. Admission is $10 for visitors, free for children under 14, and $20 for camping. Saturday night BBQ and pizza are BYO drinks. Check-in from 15:00 on Saturday, August 9. All vehicles must be entered by 9:30 am on Sunday.

Raising funds for our home, our haven

Rudd’s Pub, Nobby, Queensland

The local haulage community will gather for a special event in Nobby, Queensland next month to raise money for mental health charity Our Home Our Harbor. Hosted by the West Brook Truckers Association in conjunction with Rudds Pub, there will be great food, raffles, auctions, live entertainment and more. The event has a $10 admission fee, which includes a steak burger or sausage and entry into a drawing for a “lucky door prize” with the prize being a $500 debit card. Highlights of the day will also include beard shaving.

She won’t be right, mate – Car and Bike Show
November 23
Yarra Glen Racecourse, Victoria

This year’s mental health fundraiser, She Won’t Be Right Friend, brings the community together for a great day out. The event, which raises funds for Eastern Health Hospital’s mental health unit, features a car and bike show, live music, food trucks, free activities for children, a raffle, sim racing and more. Castlemaine Rotary Truck Show
November 23-24, 2024
Castlemaine, Victoria

Online entries are now open for HHA & Larsen’s Castlemaine Rotary Truck Show 2024. Judges will award prizes in 15 categories, as well as a $1,000 cash prize for Truck of the Show and $500 for best on ground (on Saturday). Truck entry is $50 on weekends or 30 dollars a day.

Mount Gambier Family Truck Show

Mount Gambier Exhibition Centre, South Africa

The Mount Gambier Family Truck Show returns with a convoy from Penola to Mount Gambier expected to feature more than 80 tractor units. Back at the Mount Gambier Showgrounds, visitors will be able to enjoy family-friendly gold coin entertainment from 10:30am to 3:30pm, raising funds for those less fortunate in the community.

Geelong Classic Truck and Car Show

The Geelong Classic returns with trucks, classic cars and motorcycles, vintage tractors and steam engines. Various clubs will also be present, from Lego Club to Model Clubs. Admission for adults is $15, children under 15 and exhibitors are admitted free.

Koroit Truck Show

Lardner Park Heritage Car Show
February 1-2, 2025
Lardner Park, Victoria

Dates have already been set for next year’s Lardner Park Heritage Car Show. Historic, classic and veteran vehicles (25 years and older) are welcome, ranging from trucks and cars to tractors, motorcycles, vans and more. Public gates are open on Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00, on Sunday from 9:30 to 14:00. Be sure to book a table for the Saturday evening dinner – contact Helen on 0437 953 304. Admission: adults $15, 12-18 years $5, exhibitors and children under 12 free.

Brisbane Truck Show
May 15-18, 2025
Brisbane Exhibition and Convention Centre, QLD

Tickets are now on sale for the highly anticipated 2025 Brisbane Truck Show, the largest truck festival in the southern hemisphere. Building on the success of past shows, all exhibition space has now sold out, guaranteeing visitors over 30,000 square meters of display of the latest trucks, trailers, technology, parts and accessories available in the Australian market.

The 2025 show, which will take place May 15-18, will be an important component of Truck Week, a week-long festival featuring a variety of events at nearby South Bank Parks, including the Premier Boxing Series, Australia’s Best Show N Shine, Depot Careers and Entertainment center, as well as the Heavy Equipment and Machinery Show at RNA Showgrounds and the Heritage Truck Show in Rockleigh.

Scenic Rim 2025 Truck Show

Looking forward to the Scenic Rim Truck Show! Consisted of From 10:00 to 18:00 there will be a variety of trucks on display, as well as market stalls, rides, entertainment, raffles and live auction. All profits will be donated to the KIDS Foundation.
