Registration for NIFT Entrance Test 2025 begins at exams.nta.ac.in Direct Link to Apply | Competitive exams

NIFT Entrance Exam 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started online application for undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG) and doctoral entrance tests for admission to the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT). Candidates planning to take admission in the above-mentioned courses offered by NIFT campuses in various parts of the country can apply for the exam at exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT/.

The entrance test will be conducted for the following regular UG and PG courses, NLEA and artisan courses:

UG: Bachelor of Design or BDes, Bachelor of Fashion Technology (BFTech)

PG: (Master of Design (MDes), Master of Fashion Management (MFM) and Master of Fashion Technology (MFTech) and NLEA (NIFT Lateral Entry) BDes, NLEA BFTech

Ph.D.

The exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT)/Paper Based Test (PBT) format in 82 cities across the country. The exam languages ​​will be English and Hindi.

January 6: Online registration ends.

January 7: Registration with payment for late registration ( 5000) starts

January 9: Registration closes with late fees.

January 10: Correction window opens.

January 12: The correction window closes.

February 9: exam date.

Date of publication of preliminary information about the city: will be announced later.

Admit Card Release Date: To be announced later.

Answer Key, Result Dates: TBA.

While filling the application form, candidates must select the language (English or Hindi) in which they want to take the exam.

The NTA said that in case there is any ambiguity between the Hindi and English versions due to translation, the English version will be considered conclusive.

Before applying for the examination, candidates must review the eligibility criteria (age, education, etc.), syllabus and examination pattern mentioned in the information bulletin.
