Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes have agreed to a future match on WWE SmackDown

Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens have agreed on a future fight.

Rhodes and Owens faced each other on WWE SmackDown. Rhodes challenged Owens, saying it could be tonight, Survivor Series or Saturday night’s main event. Owens agreed to the match, saying he would do it on his own terms. He agreed with Rhodes, saying Randy Orton’s pile driving had crossed the line, but also said that while he loved Orton, he hated Rhodes.

The promotion ended with Rhodes disagreeing, stating that he didn’t think Owens actually hated him, he thought Owens hated himself. He said that when they have this match, there won’t be a line he won’t cross.

Owens and Rhodes have been feuding since the events of Bad Blood, with Owens jumping on Rhodes backstage on social media. Randy Orton attempted to mediate the differences between the two, but Owens ultimately criticized him for his problems. After their Crown Jewel match went nowhere, Orton and Owens engaged in another confrontation on SmackDown, this time ending after Owens pinned Orton with a piledriver, a banned move in WWE.
