Australian music icon Paul Kelly has announced a massive national tour for August-September 2025—his only shows of the year—and the tour will feature his biggest shows to date.

Upcoming tour of Australia and New Zealand to her door the singer will take over the arenas.

The tour kicks off at the RAC Arena in Perth on Tuesday 26 August, then Brisbane Entertainment Center on Friday 29 August, Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney on Saturday 30 August, MyState Bank Arena in Hobart on Tuesday 2 September, Adelaide Entertainment Center Thursday 4 September and Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne Saturday 6 September.

After the Australian shows, Kelly will head to New Zealand for three more shows. He will start at Christchurch Town Hall on Tuesday 9 September, then at the Michael Fowler Center in Wellington on Wednesday 10 September, finishing at Auckland Town Hall on Friday 12 September.

Kelly will be joined in Australia by special guests. Jason Isbell and Squad 400. Hailing from the US, the country/rock band won the Grammy Award for Best American Album with last year’s album Weather vanes. Players in Australia will also witness the strength Fanny Lumsdenone of Australia’s most successful country music exports.

Kelly will be joined in New Zealand by a special guest singer-songwriter. Reb Fountain.

As for Kelly’s live performance, fans can expect great songs and a tight-knit live band. Kelly’s band consists of a drummer Peter Luscombebassist Bill McDonaldguitarist Dan Kellykeyboard player Cameron Brucebacking vocalist Jess Hitchcockand guitarist Ash Naylor.

Frontier Touring members will be able to access pre-sale tickets for the tour early on Monday, September 28th at 3:00 pm local time – before general ticket sales open on Wednesday, September 30th at 3:00 pm local time. More information about tickets can be found on the Frontier Touring website.

Paul Kelly is touring in support of his upcoming album. Fever, melancholy still, which will be released on Friday, November 1st on the website EMI Music Australia. Kelly described the album as a “band record”.
