The following applications for planning permission in Christchurch were submitted to BCP Council during the week ending Friday 18 October 2024.

Single storey rear extension and roof lantern, 196A Barrack Road.

Variation of condition 2 of planning application dated 23.08.0895/HOU. Resize the sliding doors at the back and add a window between them. Increase the size of the roof lights at the rear, reduce the garage/shop to create a separate storage area and shower room from the games room. Block one window on the side elevation and reposition the other and side doors, add a skylight to the master bedroom bathroom and modified side extension loft plans. Original Application (08/23/0895/HOU) – single storey rear/side extension, ground floor front gable extension with side balcony over garage roof, garage roof increased in pitch and height to create storage space, side elevation rendering and new gable extension elevation , 35 Seaway Avenue, Mudeford.

ILLEGAL

Application for a Certificate of Lawful Building for a proposed 1.8m x 5.65m wide single storey flat roof rear extension to the rear kitchen living area, a 4.2m wide bi-fold door would be installed opening onto the rear garden, 30 Pauntley Road, Mudeford.

REFUSED
