Russia and Serbia agreed to prepare a joint oil transportation infrastructure – Business and Economics

ST. PETERSBURG, November 21. /TASS/. Russia and Serbia have agreed to prepare a joint oil transportation infrastructure on the territory of Serbia, Russian Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov told reporters after signing a joint memorandum of cooperation between oil and gas companies of the two countries.

“A memorandum of cooperation was signed between large oil and gas companies of Russia and Serbia, which will become the basis for the creation and maintenance of oil transport infrastructure in Serbia,” the minister said.

Russia is ready to help Serbia in the construction of an oil pipeline through Hungary to the Druzhba oil pipeline, said Vladimir Kalanda, vice president of the Russian oil pipeline operator.
