Malaysia and Vietnam agree to expand cooperation in renewable energy

KUALA LUMPUR — Malaysia and Vietnam agreed to strengthen their relationship in renewable energy and other areas when leaders of the two Southeast Asian countries met in Malaysia on Thursday.

Vietnamese Communist Party General Secretary To Lam is on a three-day official visit to Malaysia from Thursday to Saturday. This is his first visit to Malaysia since taking office in August.
