Netflix plans to launch Wordle killer next month

We’re big fans of the daily Wordle puzzles at Tom’s Guide. But we also believe that Netflix’s list of available games doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. And with yesterday’s news that the streaming giant has shuttered its AAA gaming studio Team Blue, it looks like the company’s focus is now on Wordle.

Netflix has teamed up with the non-profit organization TED to create a new daily word-themed puzzle game called “TED Tumblewords.” It’s slated to launch in November, and both organizations are no doubt hoping it will be one hell of a game that can compete with the likes of Wordle and Connections for those valuable minutes you spend on the road or in the coffee shop.
