Filley, 29, faces four charges of raping a 20-year-old woman following a performance at Bar1 nightclub on September 27.

The YouTube star now has a home in Perth for the next six months and his lawyer says he will “lead a fairly quiet life for a while”, reports the Daily Mail.

It comes as Philly faces other strict bail conditions, such as going to a police station every day and having to post a $100,000 (£50,000) surety.

He also faces three counts of assault causing bodily harm and one count of obstructing the woman’s normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure to the alleged victim’s neck.

Court documents also reveal the moments leading up to the crimes police allege Philly committed.

The alleged victim, a university student, was with a friend in the VIP section of a Perth show where Philly was performing.

She reportedly drank throughout the night until the early hours of the next morning.

It is believed that after Philly stopped performing and the club began to close, the young woman met up with the social media star.

It is believed the pair then returned to the hotel room together.

The alleged victim then claims she was sexually assaulted and raped in a room on September 28th.

The woman called her friend around 5:31 a.m., which detectives believe happened immediately after the alleged attack, according to documents.

Seamus Rafferty, Yung Philly’s lawyer, claims the woman did not mention any form of sexual harassment in the brief conversation with a friend.

Washington Police Prosecutor Julius DePetro says that despite the video, the challenge will be figuring out “what happened in that room.”

He also claims that prosecutors have photographs of the alleged victim that show “story what we say is violent action.”

Police arrested the rapper in Brisbane, on Australia’s east coast, and sent him six hours back through the Outback to Perth.

The footage shows Philly being escorted through Perth Airport on Wednesday with his hands cuffed in front of him, flanked by two officials.

Further footage shows the influencer, who hosted his own BBC show called Hot Property in 2019, being placed in the back seat of a car.

Following the allegations, the internet star was quickly rejected by several brands and companies.

FootAsylum, The Football Association (FA), Heinz and ASOS are among the biggest names to part ways with internet personalities.

One of Philly’s closest friends and fellow YouTuber Chunkz, whose real name is Amin Mohamed, spoke about the case for the first time last week.

In a video posted to Instagram, he said: “Like everyone, I heard reports from Australia.

“While I understand that many of you want my reaction to this, since this is an ongoing legal matter, I hope you guys understand that I cannot and will not comment on this publicly, so yeah, I just came here.” so that in general, I’ll let you know the reasons why I can’t love.”

The pair have been working together on their podcast The Chunkz and Filly Show and were due to perform a live show last week.

The show was quickly canceled as organizers Troxy offered ticket holders a refund.

It comes after The Sun spoke to a mum who accused Philly of breaking her terminally ill son’s heart after he failed to keep a promise to the boy.

The YouTuber told 12-year-old Mason Greaves he was there to “support him” and challenged him to play Fortnite in the video.

But mum Kelly Greaves claims the rapper instead ghosted her poor son and even told him to “shut up” at one point.

Depetro told the court that “no ordinary person could agree” with what the images allegedly depicted.

He was born on 6 August 1995 and moved to the UK from Colombia when he was two years old.

Philly then moved to south-east London as a child.

When asked what it was like growing up in the capital, he told Indy100: “I grew up at the bottom of the barrel… and that’s why I’m so grateful for the position I’m in now.

“My mom definitely shaped me through the lessons she taught me.

“She’s a single mom with three kids, my dad was one hell of a dad, so she just had to do it.

“She did a lot of cleaning jobs. My mum was working in Poundland at the time when I had some crazy BBC series… just getting my mum out of the situation she was in was just the biggest motivation.”
