Side quest “The Fate of Zora’s Child”

Side quest Side quest

Like most quests that take place in the Zora River Village, Zora’s Child’s Fate only appears after you’ve taken care of the main story business that’s happening in town (in other words, clear the rift). You will receive this quest from the Zora River, located northeast of the Waypoint near the house. According to Zora’s child, he is concerned about his mother’s behavior, so go straight to the nearest house to continue.

Inside, the Zora River found here wants you to show her three different echoes. The first one she asks for is the Sinister Fish, and the easiest one to use for this purpose is the Tangler Echo, as it is the most common type of Echo in the area. For the second one, you will need the Bomb Fish Echo, which is needed for the main story, so you should already have it. The third one is a little simpler; Zora names the shocking jellyfish monster. This is the Biri Echo, which can be found near Zora Bay on the large lake. Watch the cutscenes unfold and head outside to claim the Zora Scale, the reward for completing The Fate of the Zora Child! This increases the time you can spend underwater.

We’ll continue to cover our Echoes of Wisdom guides with additional guides covering more side quests, so check them out. our complete list of publications and news updates about the game to stay tuned for new tutorials.
