Christian McCaffrey, George Clooney’s $14.5 million mansion for Olivia Culpo

Christian McCaffrey has yet to play for the San Francisco 49ers this season, but at least he can recover in luxury at the home he and his new wife Olivia Culpo bought from actor George Clooney.

49ers running back McCaffrey, 28, and SI Swimsuit model Culpo, 32, just tied the knot in June. Since then, Culpo has recently been seen roaming the streets in her underwear and then dressing up as naughty Dorthy from The Wizard of Oz (McCaffrey was the Tin Man).

A pro, McCaffrey is set to earn more than $62 million over the next four years with the 49ers, and he has earned more than $80 million so far from his playing contracts. Culpo herself has a net worth of about $9 million.

Together they can afford a fantastic lifestyle and in September bought a luxury mansion in Los Angeles from megastar actor Clooney. The 7,000-square-foot home sits on 3.1 secluded acres and features six bedrooms and bathrooms, a pool, tennis court and guesthouses. Check it out here (scroll through).

Culpo also owns a $3.5 million “haven” in Encino, California. McCaffrey sold his North Carolina property while he was playing for the Carolina Panthers.

Having 3.1 acres in the Los Angeles market is pretty crazy considering how scarce and valuable land is. There’s a reason this property cost $14.5 million.

Clooney bought the property for $2.2 million back in 1995 from musician Stevie Nicks. In this real estate market, Culpo and McCaffrey would likely make good money if they decide to sell.

This home looks like the perfect place for McCaffrey to recuperate and hopefully get back on the field soon.
