Latest floods in Spain: Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez sends 10,000 more soldiers and police to Valencia

As rescue and recovery efforts resume this morning, the Spanish government recently confirmed that an additional 10,000 troops will be sent to Valencia.

Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez provided an update on the death toll during his speech, saying 211 people were now known to have died and many were still missing.
