The women’s tennis tour moves to Saudi Arabia for the season finale as the year’s top eight tennis players compete at the 53rd WTA Finals in Riyadh, starting on November 2.

The event will take place at the King Saud University Indoor Arena as the competition will be held in Saudi Arabia for the first time.

World number one Aryna Sabalenka, the Australian Open and US Open champion, will be the favorite to win the title for the first time at the end of the year. But the first seed will be fought by the defending champion Iga Swiatek.

World number three Coco Gauff, the 2023 US Open champion, also qualified for the event, as did Italy’s Jasmine Paolini, runner-up at the French Open and Wimbledon this year.
