Voters continue to cast ballots across Oklahoma

LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) – The second day of in-person early voting took place across Oklahoma on Thursday, October 31, and there were still long lines to be found for those wanting to vote early, including in Comanche County.

The Oklahoma State Board of Elections reports nearly 77,000 people voted statewide on the first day of in-person early voting.

In contrast, the Comanche County Board of Elections reported that 1,680 people cast ballots countywide on the first day of in-person voting.

As of 2:15 p.m. on Oct. 31, 127,587 Oklahomans had voted early, according to the State Board of Elections.

The third day of early voting will be from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on Friday, November 1st, and the fourth day of early voting will be from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 2nd.

People can vote early at a designated location in their county or on Election Day at their polling place.
