How to Apply for the Best Fintech Jobs for 2025

American Banker’s Best Places to Work in Fintech program recognizes financial technology companies that their employees believe provide a positive and supportive work environment and benefits.

This list is intended to highlight companies that make efforts to provide a healthy work environment, have best practices in employee benefits and human resource management, and are therefore places that job seekers may want to consider.

Eligibility

This program is open to organizations that provide technology products, services or solutions that enable the delivery of financial services, including challenger banks, core systems providers, data and analytics providers, personal financial management providers (including robo-advisors), companies, regulatory technology companies (particularly in the financial services industry), payments and remittance providers, insurance companies, credit software providers, digital banking technology providers and blockchain technology companies.

Candidates must have a minimum of 15 full-time and part-time employees in the United States and at least one year of business experience.

Companies in some of these categories may have to meet additional requirements – in particular, companies that operate in general technology areas and receive only a portion of their business from financial services companies may be accepted or rejected depending on the proportion of their business and share employees specifically dedicated to supporting financial services businesses.

In addition, companies that wish to participate but do not belong to any of the disciplines listed above are encouraged to justify their eligibility by contacting [email protected]. For technology departments within an organization (and those with broader functions), interview only fintech employees.

Deadline

Individual applications must be submitted no later than the deadline. Friday, December 6, 11:59 pm ET. be considered.
