King’s College employee resigns, police warn over allegations of inappropriate behavior

According to Lamb and Wilson, the resigned employee also said that no King’s College students were involved in his online activities.

“The College takes such matters very seriously; As a priority, we need to understand if any of our students have any concerns that they would like to discuss with us regarding this information and we will provide them with the support they need,” their statement read.

“We therefore wanted to contact you as soon as possible, inform you of the steps we are taking and ask for your help in talking to your child.”

The statement said police were notified today and pastoral care services are available to any student requiring support.

The school also said they will speak to boarding students in School House this evening and will speak to the whole college at a chapel service tomorrow morning.

Parents were also provided with a list containing contact details for the Pastoral Care Officer, School Counselor and Chaplain.

“We would appreciate it if you would take the opportunity to talk with your child this evening about any concerns they may have in light of this information,” Lamb and Wilson said.

Police were unable to provide comment or confirm that a complaint had been filed this evening. Lamb has been contacted for further comment but has not yet responded.
