Metallica have been on one hell of a world tour since April 2023, and the sacred giants of heavy metal show no signs of slowing down. The band’s record-breaking M72 World Tour played to an estimated three million fans, with the LA Times declaring it “as tight and furious as Metallica have sounded in years.”

Well, it’s time for Aussie OG metalheads to get excited because the M72 World Tour is officially coming to Australia, including Melbourne. What’s more, it’s been confirmed that everyone’s favorite ‘snake pit’, which allows fans to get very close to the action, will be coming to Down Under. Read on for everything you need to know about the tour.

The tour will hit Melbourne next November with a single date in Marvel Stadium November 8.

When will Melbourne Metallica tickets go on sale?

General sales will take place next Monday, November 4th at 12:00 pm local time. You can find them Here.

How much will Metallica Melbourne tickets cost?

Details are still scarce, but here’s some wisdom from Ticketmaster’s website: “Melbourne tickets go on sale from $105.11 and will not exceed $750.00. There is also a processing fee of $9.90 per order.” Wow, what a wide range!
