Two new lawsuits accuse Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually abusing boys

Two new lawsuits have been filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs, accusing the music mogul of sexual assault.

Both lawsuits, filed in New York, involve allegations from men who were minors at the time of the alleged attacks.

In one of them, the alleged victim was 10 years old at the time. The second alleges that Combs assaulted a teenage boy who was auditioning for MTV’s hit reality show “Making the Band,” which the rapper produced.

In a statement to the BBC, Mr Combs’ representatives said he had “never sexually abused or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor”.

More than two dozen lawsuits have been filed against Mr. Combs in recent months, alleging rape, drugging, assault on minors, intimidation and sexual extortion.

The rapper also faces federal criminal charges for alleged sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. He has pleaded not guilty to these charges.

The two lawsuits filed Monday were filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, who said he represents more than 100 alleged victims and plans to file dozens of lawsuits against Combs in the coming weeks.

In the first lawsuit, filed anonymously, the plaintiff claims Combs assaulted him in 2005 when he was 10 years old and an aspiring actor and rapper.

To support their son’s entertainment ambitions, the boy’s parents enlisted the help of an industry consultant who suggested they travel to New York to meet with music professionals.

During the trip, the consultant scheduled an “audition” for Mr. Combs, who requested a private meeting with the boy, the suit says.

The suit alleges the counselor escorted the boy to Combs’ hotel room, where he was left alone. The boy performed several rap songs for Mr. Combs, who told him he had the potential to become a star.

According to the complaint, Combs asked the boy how committed he was to achieving his dream, and the boy responded that he would “do anything.”

During the meeting, a third person gave the boy a soda, which made him feel “funny,” but the plaintiff then thought the feelings were due to the joy of the meeting, the lawsuit says.

The rapper is then accused of stripping and ordering the boy to perform a sex act.

When the boy resisted, Combs allegedly attacked him. In the complaint, the plaintiff claims he blacked out and woke up in pain with his pants unzipped.

According to the lawsuit, Combs told him that if he told anyone, he would hurt his parents.

In the second lawsuit, the unnamed man claims he was sexually assaulted by Combs in 2008.

Plaintiff was 17 years old when he auditioned for an MTV reality show produced by Mr. Combs.

During various stages of the audition, Mr. Combs allegedly asked the plaintiff how he would handle situations involving sexual pressure.

He and his bodyguard forced the teenager to perform sexual acts, the lawsuit says.

Mr. Combs is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, following his arrest in September on federal charges.

He was refused bail and will remain in custody until his trial in May.

He denied all charges brought against him.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts and the integrity of the litigation,” his representatives said.

If convicted of racketeering, he faces life in prison.
