Netanyahu vows to use ‘all means’ to seek justice for those responsible for Kogan’s murder | N18G

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned the murder of Rabbi Zvi Kogan, calling it a “disgusting anti-Semitic terrorist act.” Kogan, who ran a kosher supermarket in Dubai and worked for the Orthodox Jewish group Chabad, was reported missing on November 21. His body was later found in Al Ain, UAE, although the exact location of his death remains unclear. Netanyahu promised to take all necessary measures to ensure justice in connection with the killing of Kogan. The incident occurred against the backdrop of rising tensions in the region, as well as Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon. Hezbollah has fired more than 200 rockets at Israel, and Israeli airstrikes in Lebanon have killed at least 84 people. Former Israeli Druze politician Ayoub Kara suggested Iran may have been involved in the killing due to its support for terrorism. Relations between the UAE and Israel, strengthened by the 2020 Abraham Accords, remain intact despite the ongoing conflict and global protests sparked by the Hamas attack on October 7.
