vehicles take flight on a speed bump in Gurugram – Viral video shows vehicles flying on a speed bump in Gurugram, internet reaction

A shocking video of vehicles ‘flying’ over an unnamed speed bump on a golf course road in Gurugram has gone viral on social media.

A video shared by Bunny Punia – editor of automotive platform 91Wheels and social media influencer – on X has gained attention online with users identifying the location as being near Centrum Plaza, opposite HR26 Dhaba.

“Oh! This appears to have happened at the newly built unmarked speed switch on Golf Course Road in Gurugram! Got it in one of my groups. Curse! Can anyone from Gurgaon confirm this,” Punia asked while sharing the video.

Take a look at the post here:

The short clip shows the cars briefly lifting off the ground as they drive over bumps. However, IndiaToday.in could not independently verify the source and location of the video.

As soon as the video appeared online, social media users quickly confirmed the location.

“Verified. Noticed this on Friday while walking out of the office. It’s after the Centrum Plaza building,” said one user, while another added, “Exact location: After the Centrum Plaza building, office HR26, Dhaba.”

Some users pointed to the road design as a reason why there shouldn’t be speed bumps at all.

“The intention behind this is genuine as it aims to help reduce speeds before lanes become narrower due to U-turns, but the implementation is poor due to a lack of markings. Good intentions with poor execution, just like the Indian team’s performance at this stage. days,” said one user.

Another user added: “The way the golf course is built serves a purpose: there shouldn’t be any speed limiters on it. This is crazy.”

The video has sparked an online debate not only about the need for proper road safety measures, but also about poor traffic management.
