It’s a six-game NBA Sunday with plenty of stars dotting the hardwood. We’ve scoured the books to find the best NBA player props worth checking out and highlighted some of our favorites.

Side Bet #1: Jayson Tatum Over 3.5 Threes

It was the second-worst shooting percentage of the year for Jayson Tatum in Friday’s 108-96 win over the Wizards. He went 6-for-19 (31.6%) from the field for 16 points, including an abysmal 0-for-10 mark from 3-point range, the first time this season he failed to make a three in a game.

He’s built to bounce back: The last three times he made two or fewer 3-pointers and shot less than 23% from distance, he made at least five 3-pointers the next night.

Extra Bet #2: Jakob Poeltl: Over 9.5 Rebounds

This may be a rebuilding of the Toronto Raptors, but this has been Jakob Poeltl’s season of rejuvenation. The big man ranks fifth in the NBA in rebounding and also averages 17 points on 60.8 percent shooting.

In his last game against Minnesota, he recorded his fourth straight double-double with 15 points and 12 boards. He’s grabbed 10-plus rebounds in 11 of his last 14 games and is a big reason Toronto leads the NBA in second-chance points and ranks in the top three in offensive rebounds.

Side Bet #3: Klay Thompson Under 15.5 Points

It took Klay Thompson a quarter of the season to post his worst performance of the year, going scoreless in 23 minutes of work on 0-for-8 shooting, including all four triples he attempted. Perhaps the only good news is that his Dallas Mavericks beat the Nuggets by three.

With Luka Doncic still out, he doesn’t have that dominant force that would give him the opportunity to step up and look good in a regular game. Clay is shooting 38.1% from the field and has dropped below his 15.5 scoring line nine times in the last 13 games.

Obviously there’s going to be a rebound – there’s nowhere to go but up from zero – but I’m not sure the Miami Heat are a team worth fighting against.

The Heat rank outside the top 10 in defensive rating and rank eighth in scoring defense.
