State Bank of India (SBI) is currently inviting applications for Human Resources Officer (SCO) positions. All interested and eligible candidates can apply through the official website sbi.co.in. According to the official schedule, registration for the vacancies began on November 22 and the deadline for submitting the registration form is December 12.

Recruitment plans to fill a total of 169 Assistant Manager positions in the organization, including 42 Assistant Manager (Civil Engineer) positions, 25 Assistant Manager (Electrical Engineer) positions, 101 Assistant Manager (Fire Engineer) positions and 1 Asst. manager (civil engineer).

How to apply for the position of Assistant Recruitment Manager at SBI SCO?

Step 1. Go to the official website: bank.sbi/web/careers/current-.holes.

Step 2: Going to the home page, click on the link “RECRUITMENT OF SPECIALISTS FOR HR OFFICERS ON A CONTRACT BASIS”.

Step 3: Login to your account.

Step 4: Proceed with your application and fill out the form correctly.

Step 5: Check all the details and pay the registration fee.

Step 6: Submit and print the form for future reference.

SBI SCO Recruitment 2024: Application Fee

To apply, candidates belonging to General, EWS and OBC categories have to pay an application fee of Rs 750, while candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwBD categories are exempted from paying any fees.

SBI SCO Recruitment 2024: Selection Process

The selection process includes a written examination followed by an interview for most positions. The test will be conducted in January 2025. However, the final selection for the Fire Engineer position will depend on shortlisting and interaction.

The written examination will consist of two sections: General Aptitude and Professional Knowledge. The General Aptitude Test will take 90 minutes and the Proficiency Test will take 45 minutes. There will be no negative marks for incorrect answers. The final merit list will be decided by combining the scores of Proficiency Test (out of 100) and Interview (out of 25) with a weightage of 70:30.
